Before you can add the Google Chrome icon to your desktop, make sure you have it installed on your computer. If you are certain that you have it installed, skip this section. If you are downloading Chrome on your PC, then you are the administrator. You can find the administrator name in Windows at C: Users. Yes, click on 'run' or 'save' to start the installer. Install a fresh copy of Google Chrome for all user accounts on your computer. In the window that opens, find Chrome. Drag Chrome to the Applications folder.
